Since land acquisition is key component of any land development and construction project, we have various programs to assist you in acquiring the land you need for the near future development project. We understand and are well aware of the challenges involved with land entitlement process and we will meet these challenges by providing innovate and creative solution to ensures you receive the land financing you need to move you closer to achieving your development goals

We can also arrange financing for raw land purchases that have a longer development horizon or land purchased for investment purpose.  Financing raw land for investment or distant future development will however have a lower Loan to Value (LTV)  than loans arranged for land purchases with a near future development plan

Land Development Financing & Servicing Loan

There are several viable options for arranging land development and servicing loans such as debt, mezzanine and equity loans or a combination.  If rezoning of the land and all permission are in place or on the way, we can typically arrange financing for experienced developers up to 85% of Loan to Value to pay for site preparation costs, utilities, zoning, engineering and other soft costs.  These loans are typically arranged with terms ranging from 6 months to 24 months.

For smaller projects and loans, personal guarantees and credit worthiness of the developer can play an important role in expediting and facilitating the arrangements of the loans
